Only undamaged jewellery in the original packaging (the air cushion envelope and jewellery box or bag) can be returned. Because of sanitary reasons, earrings can't be fitted.
If you want to return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.
We will refund the invoice amount and the return costs to you within 14 days after receiving your return.
Returns that can't be identified will be discarded.
Returns that don't comply to the return conditions, that are broken, dirty or fitted can be declined.
Products purchased with a gift card can only be exchanged for other items or refunded as a gift card.
Please include your order number in the package so we can identify your return. You can find your order number in confirmation email you received after placing your order.
Make sure to add enough postage (we will pay for the return costs).

Only unused giftcards can be returned within 14 days after purchasing.
We will deactivate the card and refund the credit. The hardcopy giftcard does not have to be returned.
Under no circumstances can the remaining balance of the card be refunded to the holder, either in cash or by any other payment method.
Only complete Mystery Boxes can be returned. The Mystery Box needs to contain all original pieces.
